[Suggestion] Anti-spam/Anti-Abuse Ideas

Some ways to prevent spam; would like to see something implemented.

• Restrict how often a user can submit a form (Per-form basis)
• Deny users from ever submitting forms (Stop abuse)
• Group based forms (group must have permission to submit form) (Blacklist and/or whitelist certain groups from submitting)
• Maybe something under punishment of users that denies them from submitting forms

These are just some ideas.

I think most of this can be achieved through the permission system of NamelessMC. You can have permissions for groups so they can create a submission or not. By adding or removing groups from members you can give them access / block them from making submissions.

EDIT: I honestly don't know if this was still relevant. If it isn't I guess you can close the issue haha
