[WIP] Add scaffolding for an AI participant

Very rough draft for having an ai participant in the room. For now, it just yells back at you with the message you send.

The way this works is:

• When any human connects to a chatroom, the chatroom makes a "connection request" to the AI party
• The AI party opens a websocket connection to the chatroom that made the connection request
• The AI party acts as a normal user, as in it receives and sends messages as a normal user would

• [x] Integrate actual AI responses
• [ ] Land https://github.com/partykit/partykit/pull/223 to make connection reconnect automatically
• [x] Add ability to edit an already published message so we can get streaming responses
