Chat styling

• Show avatars by chat messages
• Presence bars at the top of chat rooms and on the room index page
• A stub "new room" button
• ...plus some styling fixes

To do:

• [ ] The new room button needs to actually create the chatroom
• [ ] Arbitrary chat rooms should be blocked from being created by e.g. typing words into the address bar
