When a bot is turned on for the first time, the dispensers should be pre-loaded intentionally with a suggested setup. I don't know if it's easy to load different setups based on the number of dispensers detected. Also, care should be taken to make sure this happens only the first time, so that when the dispenser setup is changed, it's not wiped out after every boot.
