This applies to the latest software as of 5/16/14. When the dispenser's ingredients are changed and saved there is confirmation text at the top of the screen, but the saved changes are not reflected in the menu. If you try to make a drink which contains ingredients that are no longer saved to a dispenser it gives you an error that Bartendro is not able to make the drink. If you reset the dispensers then the saved changes are updated in the menu.
