Broken drinks in database. #156

Some drinks do not dispense from drink menu. Specifically, Cucumber Gin & Pims, and Manhattan, Jacks. Other drinks may also be broken; I've tested most but not all. The database has been shared on Google Drive.

Testers do work from the drink creation page, but not the menu page.
