B15, Dispenser 8 Fails Every-Other Time #67

While dispensing 10 ml out of each dispenser I found that dispenser 8 failed to dispense every-other time I pressed the button. The button would switch from "Dispense 10ml" to "Dispensing" and back again as if everything was functioning properly even when the pump hadn't rotated. I tried dispensing drink "Test Drink 8-15" and I saw the same result. The dispenser would fail every-other time, but the UI proceeded as if all was right in the world. Resetting the dispensers didn't solve the problem. Power-cycling the bot made the dispenser fail less frequently, but it was still failing sporadically.
