Major Issue: Red Dispensers #70

As I was going through and testing SD cards before shipping, I discovered that every once in a while a dispenser during/after booting would stay solid red, even though it was working perfectly fine with the SD cards before it. No change to the system other than SD cards. All pumps work and dispense drinks, but put another SD card in and get a solid red dispenser. This is what was found in the debug log:

port 0: CB CB CB -- Found dispenser with pump id CB, index 1 port 1: port 2: D6 D6 F6 -- inconsistent 67 67 67 -- Found dispenser with pump id 67, index 2

We know for sure that all the dispensers are good, so I don't know what else would trigger a solid red. This is a pretty major issue, I'm not comfortable shipping until we get to the bottom of this.

This is not a software issue.

For the record, this is not a hardware issue.
