Finish soda dispensing changes #96

This is on the back-burner again, since Pierre and Garran worked around this.

Hi Rob, what's the status on this? Is it possible to dispense sodas with bartendro?

Only if you have the hardware improvements that allow someone to take an existing soda system and connect it to bartendro. A standard bartendro won't be able to do it. :(

Juan, quite a bit more hardware is required for soda, but it will be possible for those who are gung-ho! Here's a sneak peak: http://youtu.be/L1cl8osoT5s

Now that we've figured out the key elements, we can start thinking about shrinking it down. But still, this will mostly be targeted towards commercial applications.
