Central Signing Service always returns an unsent transaction #5

Steps to reproduce

Upload a file
Click on Sign using Central Account
wait for the transaction hash to be populated
Click on Txn Hash to open on the Concordium Explorer
See that Transaction was not found

What Should have happened

Explorer should have shown the transaction

Currently its in draft because the main issue causing the error is that Concordium Node was updated 2 days back and has a corresponding Node Sdk Update 2.0.0 but its currently has bugs. see the url https://github.com/Concordium/concordium-node-sdk-js/issues/68
