Deploy parvaeres PoC

As a starting point, I've decided to use the same k3s local deployment installation on a remote host. I am going to use our sponsored machines on leaf cloud.

I am going to use a single host with a public IP address.

For this to work we need to:

• [x] improve the local deployment script to be able to access parvaeres repository
• [x] push parvaeres-server images to github container registry
• [x] enable the remote host to access the github docker registry
• [x] expose the cluster outside of the host
• ~[ ] attach DNS to the host~

I had several issues trying to run on K3S, so I decided to switch to GCP for the time being...

I scale the number of nodes to 0 when I am not using it for now to save costs.

Since we moved to GCP attaching DNS to the host doesn't make sense anymore
