External DNS will allow us to:

register the correct API endpoint for Parvaeres server to something like api.poc.parvaeres.io
expose any ingress/service that applications will want to expose

Going forward we will probably need an additional subdomain for applications, such as myapplication.apps.poc.parvaeres.io.

External DNS is deployed by parvaeres-infra. It exposes only the api for now. I will split this issue to expose applications live URLs.
