Installation error #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing the component through the Extension Manager in Joomla 1.5.10

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation.

It was not possible to copy the selected file.
JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file:
/xxx/xxx/public_html/tmp/install_4b05163172a27/com_wcp/ to
/xxx/xxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_wcp/
Component Install: Could not copy PHP install file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.1

Make sure that you are able to install other extensions.
