Error When Installing Component

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Installing the component
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
        * It was not possible to copy the selected file.
        * JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file:
/home/mb7/public_html/mbc/tmp/install_4b26c4158780f/com_wcp/ to
/home/mb7/public_html/administrator/components/com_wcp/
        * Component Install: Could not copy PHP install file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.0.1 on windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

i suspect permission issues, check read/write permision on your tmp, component 
and 
other core joomla folders. possible chmod to 777 (easiest solution)

What is your joomla version? There can be problems with the 1.5.10 version.
