Synchronization - Specify One-Way and Direction, or two way #28

The video demo seems unclear (to me) as to whether the syncs are one-way or
two-way, but that is probably pretty minor to fix.  In different use cases,
it may be good to distribute content down from the Master, but distribute
extensions up from the child.
