Memory Limit exhausted when cloning - 32mb #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Site is large 700mb - it works fine on small sites
2. Create new child 
3. and u get error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes 
exhausted (tried to 
allocate 786432 bytes) in 
/home/jchicago/public_html/libraries/joomla/error/error.php on line 
136

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error massage 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.31 and Joomla 1.5.14

Please provide any additional information below.
