Synchronisation of files from Child to Master not working #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change files on the child site (including images)
2. Go to WCP->Differences in the child. Select all changed files, click Commit
3. Syncs database but not files.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should sync files as well as database.
Error:

"JFTP::store: Bad response
Failed to copy /child/fileexample.php to /fileexample.php"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.1, CentOS I think.

Please provide any additional information below.
