Installation Issue #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.downloaded component on a joomla 1.5.10;
2.installed it with the Joomla installer;
3.displayed the error message. See attached file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? the last. On what operating 
system? windows vista business

Please provide any additional information below.

I guess you should have the same problem with other extensions. Make sure you 
have 
appropriate folder permissions.

I'm working on my localhost with windows vista business. No permission and 
installation issues till now for other extensions.

Try to update your joomla version, I guess it can be the problem.
