I tried uninstalling, then installing previous releases to no avail....no
ability to
edit the created child....either by clicking on the child listing or by
checking the
box and clicking "edit"...the configuration screen for editing paramaters of the
child come up, but not the WCP Manager: [child] screen with associated
"differences"
button, etc.

Sure, no problems, you need to login to the child site admin area with the same
username/password and then you can see the differences button, etc...

after checking the child box in the WCP Manager [master] screen...where do I go

In the WCP Manager you see the child, click on the path, it will open the child
site,
you need to add /administrator in the end of the url, and you will see the
login
request page.

Thank you very much...got it now...I don't believe I found those steps in the
documentation...if it's not there, you may want to put it in for "newbie"
clarification....You have a fantastic component here...I will donate...

Hi there,
When i go to the child site path and add the admin url in my case
(eslahonline.net/child/administrator) it redirects to the homepage
(eslahonline.net)
it does not go to the admin login page.
Can you plz tell me asap where the problem is?
Thank you very much for this grrrr8 component.

an update to my problem, when i see the database where the child site must be
generated, i can see only 89 tables out of 290 of the Master site have been
copied.

Hi,
Can you check that you don't have a redirect to your home site in .htaccess
file? Try
to delete it from the child site. Also make sure that all the 290 tables have
the same
"jos_" prefix, because only the tables with that prefix will be copied.

Hi. I followed your webinar and installed WC but I still do not get the child
login
screen. I clicked on the path from WCP manager, then on URL add /administrator
and
press enter, but I get only a blank screen, no login request page. What can I
be
missing?
