Forum for rutorrent #150

I am considering opening a forum for rutorrent.  I think it would help a
lot with general questions.  Currently i have a spot to host it but i do
not have a fitting domain.  If someone wants to donate a domain or
subdomain which is decent, let me know.  Email me at wonslung@gmail.com

rutorrent.org has been donated to us for the forums, i'm going to work on 
getting them up today if i can.

I'll probably set up a home page at www.rutorrent.org and set something to 
direct here and to the forums if it's 
ok with the project leaders.

At forum.rutorrent.org i get:

This should be fixed now.  the server that was hosting the forums for us had 
some serious issues which i didnt' 
know about.  They came to light a few days later.  For the time being i'm 
hosting the forums on my personal 
server until other hosting can be obtained.  I plan to buy a server for this as 
soon as i can.

Just so everyone knows the forums are now back online and i've taken steps to 
make
sure they stay that way.  I'll do my best at least.  No posts were lost (the 
few that
we do have, lol)

Might I suggest adding a link to the forum somewhere on the main page? That

help get the word out on it.

I am also going to set up a home page at www.rutorrent.org as a portal to link 
to the project page and the 
forums.  I plan to set up a paypal donation link and other resources for 
rutorrent users and developers.
