Speed and downloaded size does not match between peers view and torrent view.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download torrent
2. Follow reported speeds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Size downloaded reported in peers view is sometimes larger than the torrent 
itself, while the download speed reported in torrent view si smaller than the 
one reported in peers view.

What environment are you using?
1. ruTorrent version is 3.6 svn Rev 2404
2. rTorrent version is 0.9.2-1
3. Web-server Apache version 2.2.22-13 on Debian Wheezy
4. Browser Firefox 26 on Arch Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a normal behavior.
