RSS - ruTracker.org lacking necessary loginmgr implementation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install rss and loginmgr plugins
2. add ruTracker in rss (http://feed.rutracker.org/atom/f/1819.atom) and 
configure loginmgr with a valid account
3. try to get a torrent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The download should begin, but instead there is an error.

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is... 3.6
2. My rTorrent version is... rTorrent 0.9.2/0.13.2
3. I use web-server... it version is... on OS...
4. I use browser... it version is... on OS...

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
No

Are some errors present in the browser error console?
Error loading torrent. (http://rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4732522)

Extra Information:
I have tried searching for a torrent on ruTracker.org using the search bar, 
private tracker -> ruTorrent. Adding any these search results for ruTracker.org 
has worked successfully. However, when I try to load a torrent from the RSS 
feed, it seems as though ruTorrent does not implement loginmgr and therefore 
the download fails. I have tried as an alternative, but found it's impossible 
to use RSSURLRewriter and Cookies plugins alone since the each torrent has 
unique custom cookies related to it, and loginmgr is necessary.

This feed contain links to *description* of torrent instead links to *download* 
of it. Use plugin RSSURlRewrite for links correction.
