Improvement: An option for memorize trackers #945

Hello there,
Could it be an option in the parameters to memorize trackers?
I am currently in a seedbox's company that works with rtorrent so I do not have 
access to the software code.
Whenever I create a torrent, I must put every time trackers manually.

Sorry for the mistakes, I'm not very good in English T_T

1) Dev version of plugin 'create' has a button 'recent trackers'.
2) Use right place for your issues, please. Project moved to the github.
