Add navigation drawer button #23

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the navigation drawer is always open untill a specific width has been reached. There should be some button to open and close it manually.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the navigation drawer button to open and close the drawer.

Note: The drawer should be open by default when visiting the page and only toggle using the button.
