Fix time dependent unit test #45

Describe the bug The following unit test is currently time dependent due to invalid mocking of Date:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Execute unit tests with coverage again and again until the mentoined test fails.

Expected behavior The test succeeds when the test scenario is passed and does not fail due to required time to run it.
