More fields to add in Mahasiswa class

This is a list of fields good to add in Mahasiswa class in next release:

[x] Status status, fillable from SIAKADGateway.requestMahasiswaList()
[x] LocalDate tanggalLahir, fillable from SIAKADGateway.requestDataDiri()
[x] JenisKelamin jenisKelamin, fillable from SIAKADGateway.requestDataDiri() (need new enum outside Mahasiswa)
[x] Komponen Nilai TP1..TP10, tanpa ada ART.

I don't think the following fields are unnecessary (even though available) right now: golongan darah, agama,.
