Cannot display the Admin Console and log in #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. typing in https://localhost:8181/
2. enable HTTPS 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am having trouble with accessing the admin console.  I did the steps to
enable https, but I cannot see the console.  I receive a blank page when I
type in http://localhost:8181/, but I receive the following error "Data
Transfer Interrupted" when I type in https://localhost:8181/.  Thanks for
your help.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Windows XP and my web browser is Mozilla

Please provide any additional information below.

I can now access the admin console using http, but still not remotely using 
https.
