Many issues are without comment, have not been assigned to the project, have no label and are very confusing e.g. codes hard copied in, no checklist for tasks etc. Please check and update

Performed the following test:

[x] Codes inserted as code
[x] Tasks updated in the form of checklists/ task list
[x] Issues without comments commented (if useful, otherwise delete)
[x] Assigned a label to each issue
[x] Ensured project assignment
[x] Looked for duplicates and linked
