VerilogAE docs #26

The VerilogAE website was once maintained here: https://man.sr.ht/~dspom/openvaf_doc/verilogae/examples.md is outdated. Also, I think we should move VerilogAE docs to the openvaf website since the tools kind of belong together. @pascalkuthe what do you think?
