VerilogAE for Windows #44

Currently, VerilogAE is only available for Linux operations systems.

It would be great to also have a Windows release (https://gitlab.com/dmt-development/dmt-core/-/issues/18).

What do you think?

The last Verilog-AE Version was not released for windows because at the time will dkws support in OpenVAF was experimental in best (didn't really work). For VerilogAE in particular there were some challanges around shared linraries and wheel files which have sibce been solved (by always ststic linking all.comlonents). I m working on resolving some last issues (#39) and plan to release a new OpenVAF and Verilug-AE bersion next month. That version will then recive a windows wheel too.
