PAS for multisig for sudo #6

This issue will document all the discussions around the accounts that will be included in the Paseo multisig that will contain Root origin.

Hey @helloitsbirdo ! could you please list all the signatories for the multisig for sudo ?

Portico, R0GUE and Zondax should be individual signatories becuase of support reasons. I would set the threshold on 2 over the total.
