adding metaspan boot node tested with:

./polkadot-1.5.0 --chain ./paseo.raw.json --reserved-only --reserved-nodes /dns/boot.metaspan.io/tcp/36017/wss/p2p/12D3KooWSW6nDfM3SS8rUtjMyjdszivK31bu4a1sRngGa2hFETz7

./polkadot-1.5.0 --chain ./paseo.raw.json --reserved-only --reserved-nodes /dns/boot.metaspan.io/tcp/36018/p2p/12D3KooWSW6nDfM3SS8rUtjMyjdszivK31bu4a1sRngGa2hFETz7
