This was suggested on the Element Support channel from Daniel | Simply Staking Hi everyone, is there a guide or wiki we can follow to set a node/validator up?

Description of the Issue

A guide or wiki have to be created to able validators to setting up node or validators for Paseo.

i will create a PR with this, but once approved, i will add this into the Wiki pages of the repository and delete that .md created.
