Documentation: Math rendering #42

Looks like the math rendering isn't working as it should be, should be a simple fix to change the LaTeX engine for Sphinx in conf.py (hopefully).

Specifically I am hoping that changing a single line (https://github.com/passaH2O/dorado/blob/e48547150a4b2f8462af4db8d5be077ea6ca541a/docs/source/conf.py#L42) from 'sphinx.ext.imgmath' to 'sphinx.ext.mathjax' will work but need to try locally first.

Equations in docs are working now, considering this successful
