A necessary environment variable for enabling DUO is missing from the help page.
PASSBOLT_PLUGINS_MFA_PROVIDERS_DUO is not referenced in the help page but is seemingly required for docker installations and needs setting to 'true' for the other DUO variables to be read and enabled within the administration section.
