What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://new.tcyonline.com  i want to used the property of the ie8 or 
higher version when i browsing the site in ie7 . As i am facing lot of design 
issue and javascript issue :( i tried the js  http://code.google.com/p/ie7-js/
