Overview issue #204

Description of the problem

When extension is active the overview appearance changes (windows all overlap and don't form into neat overview)

I was about to submit the same issue. Below are screenshots that illustrate the problem, with the extension turned off and on respectively.

I have the same issue on Fedora 32 Gome 3.36.3 on both Wayland and X.

Same here! w/ GNOME Shell 3.36.4 and Linux 5.7.7-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed, 01 Jul 2020 14:53:16 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux running on X.

Here's a little snippet from my systemd log from when I tried to overview with dash-to-dock installed:

Same issue on Ubuntu 20.04.1 Gnome 36.3 X11. Extension desactivated now.
