I tried this theme on clean moodle setup and it didn't work , so could you please share with us a new version.

This theme is up to date and make sure you check for the Server PHP.ini file configuration on the internet and this will help you

I'm facing another issue that mentioned in this picture when i was creating a new course

Also administrator navigation bar isn't shown and i added administrator navigation as block that mentioned on right side

Maybe this problem is with some of the plugins...there is no issue with the theme because I also installed the theme in my Moodle.....If you are facing an issue you also can try Alpha Theme. You can try....
