Exception array_diff($array) requires array as first argument #3

Reason The given parameter --package-path does not start correctly with "/" .

Solution: Show a better readable error message before the exception is thrown.

i will create a pull request for this

PS: the Pull request will automatically fix missing "/" in given parameter, but still will throw readbale exception, if given path does not exist.
