Can Open a Locked folder file Via Recent Items #110

What's the problem?
A file inside a locked folder can be opened through recent items in windows 7. 
It acts like a "Hide a folder" not "Lock a folder"

How often you face this problem ?
every time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should not open a file that is inside a locked folder, but it can be open

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
3.10.3 - windows 7

Any previous version produced the same problem ?

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
English - united states
