not showing the locked folders in pick a task menu but showing in rescue a folder but not unlocking it .

What's the problem?
first of all it was not unlocking folders in Pick a Task menu and shows "folder 
can not be unlocked ". But after i use " clearsetting.reg " it's not even 
showing the locked folders in Pick a Task menu but it shows in Rescue a Folder 
but it also didn't unlocking it.

How often you face this problem ?
faced this problem first time .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
now it's not showing any thing not even the locked folders.

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
Lock-A-Folder3.7 on window 7 ultimate

Any previous version produced the same problem ?

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
English

generated in C:\Program Files\LocK-A-FoLdeR or C:\Program Files
(x86)\LocK-A-FoLdeR(64bit windows).

i uninstall Lock-A-Folder app and downloaded again and lock a new folder , now 
also when i try to unlock the new folder it shows that folder " folder can't be 
unlocked.
HELP
