Cannot Unlock Folders #145

What's the problem?

I cannot unlock any of my folders. I see them under the " Pick a task" but when 
I click on them, I cannot unlock them and a error message " ... folder can't be 
unlocked. These are the only memory I have of a loved one that just passed away 
, its very important for me to retrieve these folders. Please help me :(

How often you face this problem ?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see an error box saying the folder cant be unlocked. I use to able to do it 
back in the day how ever I haven't accessed these folders in a long time. 

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
It says 3.10.3 for lock a folder and Windows 7 

Any previous version produced the same problem ?

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?

English
