Master password invalid #81

What's the problem?
Master Password is invalid even though i just keyed that password previously 
for set a password when i re-installed lock a folder after using 
clearsettings.reg

How often you face this problem ?
Everytime

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected the password to be valid. An invalid master password

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
V3.10.3 x64.  On Windows 64 bit

Any previous version produced the same problem ?
no

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
System locale - Japanese. Keyboard - USA 

Please provide any additional information below and attach debug.txt file
generated in C:\Program Files\LocK-A-FoLdeR or C:\Program Files
(x86)\LocK-A-FoLdeR(64bit windows).
