What's the problem? I locked a folder using lock-a-folder 3.10.3 software and i 
am unable to unlock it. when i uninstall it askes me to unlock, when i click 
"yes" it doesn't work. now i tryed installing it again. it askes me to unlock 
files before download, which it gives me the sma e message.

How often you face this problem ? Everytime I try to unlock this folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Cant be unlocked

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?3.10.3 \ 
windows7

Any previous version produced the same problem ? never tried

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?english

Please provide any additional information below and attach debug.txt file
generated in C:\Program Files\LocK-A-FoLdeR or C:\Program Files
(x86)\LocK-A-FoLdeR(64bit windows).
