Revocation - add VC status to the VC (Gitcoin Stamps)

As a Gitcoin partner who wants to use the Gitcoin Stamps to evaluate a users trustworthiness I want to be able able to check if a Stamp (VC) is still valid or if has been revoked.

Note: This issue only refers to decide on the revocation strategy to use and adding the required field to the model
