Auto claim credentials based on staking when users create ceramic sessions #2206

Technically we could do this form the staking app. However adding support for writing to ceramic as well would be difficult, as e would need to pull in more passport components.

Also, this should be covered under automatic claiming of EVM stamps in the new process that is planned for the Passport app, so doing it from the staking app as well seems redundant.
