Added CNAME to passwordmaker.org domain. #15

I added the CNAME to the DNS, so if can accept once you update whatever external links need to be updated.

Yeah, I still have to update my external store links. I was going to do that once I decide the test 2.0 release is stable. :-) So I think this is good to go.

I have a feeling it was because my fork had it.

Well, hopefully github will eventually update such that the domain works.
