Use Toolbar instead of ActionBar #45

Last time I touched Android code ages ago 😄. The fix seems work on emulated devices (Pixel2 and Tablet) and my Pixel3.

I will merge this and do the deployment to the Play Store tonight. I don't actually own an android device at this time so I can't really test it myself (past doing emulator).
