The permission was not used so it should not have been requested, and this caused the CWS to reject the extension. Also, I had changed the listing for the extension's repo to my fork - had just assumed that the old one belonged to heavensrevenge. Now I see that the old repo belongs to others and is still active so I reverted that change. This version has been submitted to CWS as v0.9.1.
