Support custom timelines with more than 20 tweets #21

When loading a custom timeline with more than 20 tweets in it, only 20 tweets are shown in the app. I guess this is due to the api.twitter.com/1.1/beta/timelines/timeline.json endpoint returning tweets in batches of 20 (by default), but that’s just a guess – I’ve requested access to the Custom Timelines beta API, so hopefully I can confirm/deny this soon.

Yes, definitely. There's a response.position.was_truncated field that I've ignored so far.
